The soft padded cushion offers a comfortable exercise experience. The tough iron frame supports up to 100kgs when doing strength training. It is installation free and just take it out of the box to start a workout directly.

There are 3 kinds of adjustable resistance levels to meet different users and multi-exercise purpose. Depending on your physical condition and workout needs, setting different resistance levels can make your workout more effective.
