Ginologist 0% is formulated without using alcohol at any time.

It must be mixed with a mixer such as Indian tonic water, dry lemon, or something similar before it replicates the taste of gin. The botanical herbs and spices used to create the taste of gin are intense and are not designed to be drunk neat.

• Tasting Notes: Ginologist Alcohol-free Floral gin has all of the fun of a floral gin, with 0% of the alcohol. 

• Nose:  Lovely, fresh rose aromas rise from this gin and fully encapsulate you in the moment even before the very first sip. Rose Geranium is first in line on the nose and this is then followed by hints of juniper and coriander.
• Palate: This alcohol-free gin tantalises the taste buds with its rose geranium-led floral infusion with a long lingering flavour which finishes elegantly with the soft dryness of a classic gin.
• The distilling process does not use any alcohol at any time and this is not a denatured product.

• Pour 1 ½ tots of Ginologist 0% Floral Botanicals
• Drop in some fresh or frozen berries and muddle gently
• Add a large scoop of ice
• Add your favourite mixer
• Garnish with rosemary or thyme

• Tasting Notes: Ginologist alcohol-free gin has all the ritual and good taste associated with pouring a premium gin, without any of the alcohol.
• Nose: On the nose there is a distinct juniper aroma with hints of clove and citrus in the back.
• Palate: The flavours are reminiscent of a beautifully soft dry gin. All the favours that you might associate with a classic dry gin are found in this alcohol-free variant. A smooth balance of Juniper, coriander and soft citrus blends together for an exceptional gin experience.

• Perfect Pour: Citrus Zing

• Pour 1 ½ tots of Ginologist 0% London Dry
• Drop in a slice of lime or grapefruit and muddle gently
• Add a large scoop of ice
• Top up with your favourite mixer
• Add a sprig of mint
• And serve
