The Irishman Caribbean Cask joined the brand’s core range in 2022 after its initial release as a limited edition bottling in 2018. A marriage of single malt and single pot still triple-distilled whiskey, crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. Initially matured in American oak bourbon barrels before being finished in Chairman’s Reserve rum casks for an additional 6 months.
