The puzzle is supplied in a collectable, full-colour printed rectangular storage tin that is decorated with the cover artwork from Batman Volume 1, No1, Spring Issue comic published in 1940. The artwork was created by Bob Kane and Jerry Robinson. Originally published quarterly, this first volume introduced new characters into Batman's pantheon, most notably those of Catwoman and Batman's eventual nemesis, the Joker.
