Hydrol Sport is a palatable mineral electrolyte supplement for hydration before, during and post exercise. Hydrol Sport assists with replacing carbohydrates, sodium and potassium lost through sweat during exercise.

WHAT IS DEHYDRATION?

Dehydration occurs when you use or lose more fluid than you consume. Dehydration sets in when fluids and electrolytes are not replaced, especially during physical activity.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Mix 1 sachet into 1 litre of water
• Always discard any unused solution if not used in a 24 hour period
