Usage Instructions to Note:
- Please note: When closing the lid on a heavy metal oven or BBQ the signal transmission is shielded, reducing the effective distance of the wireless range
- The black end of the probe cannot be inserted directly into a fire
- Thermometer probe is not for use in microwaves
- Do not wrap the probe in tinfoil
- The charging dock cannot be submerged in water
- Ensure the probe is dry before placing it into the charging dock
- The probe itself is completely waterproof (IP67)
- The probe must be inserted into the meat/fish etc, up to the safety line marked on the thermometer
