Usage Instructions to Note:

• Please note: When closing the lid on a heavy metal oven or BBQ the signal transmission is shielded, reducing the effective distance of the wireless range
• The black end of the probe cannot be inserted directly into a fire
• Thermometer probe is not for use in microwaves
• Do not wrap the probe in tinfoil
• The charging dock cannot be submerged in water
• Ensure the probe is dry before placing it into the charging dock
• The probe itself is completely waterproof (IP67)
• The probe must be inserted into the meat/fish etc, up to the safety line marked on the thermometer
