How to Use
- Open the back of the LED light and remove the plastic tab between the batteries
- Attach mouth tray to LED light
- Apply 0.5ml teeth whitening gel to the top and bottom of the mouth tray along the line
- Put the mouth tray into your mouth and press the power button on the light
- Sit and relax, a smart alarm sound will trigger after 10 minutes
- Rinse your mouth and wash the mouth tray
