Macadamia Oil comes from the nuts of the Macadamia Tree. It has a clear, light-yellow appearance and unlike Coconut Oil, is liquid at room temperature.

It is rich in Fatty Acids and Potassium. The concentration of Palmitoleic Acid makes it a popular ingredient in cosmetic products that is meant to smooth skin and hair.

Macadamia Oil is popular in it’s pure, cold-pressed form as a cooking oil and as a hair-styling product. It is also found in hair masks, skin lotions and face creams. It penetrates hair follicles more effectively than other Oils which can build up over time. This will make the hair feel heavier with a dull appearance.
