• Adults: 30 ml
• Children 6-14 years: 10-15 ml
• Children 1-5 years: 10 ml
• Infants: 5ml
• Maintenance dosing
• Adult: 15-30 ml
• Children: 6-14 years: 10-15 ml
• Children 1-5 years: 5-10 ml
• Infants: 2,5-5 ml
