A one-hour high-intensity boxercise and functional training session guarantees to get you fighting fit! Our high-intensity interval classes will without a doubt push you to your limits. Our training programs are always different so no two sessions are ever the same.

We like to keep you on your toes!

This Package Includes
  • 4 Private Training Classes 
    • Times and days will have to be confirmed and agreed on according to clients needs
    • A trainer will be paired up with you for the month 
  • 8 Group Classes (2 classes per week) 
    • Group Classes available from 6am - 6pm 
    • Monday - Saturday
  • Valid for the Sandton EFC Gym only
  • Valid from 1 February - 28 February 2022
How this works 
  • EFC Gym will handle all reservations, so please make ALL reservations with them
  • It is recommended to make a booking within 24 hours of receiving your redemption code
  • This deal is non-refundable after purchasing from OneDayOnly
  • Package price is per person
  • Once you have placed your order, a redemption code will be sent to you within two working days after payment
