The MASTERPAN  4.7L (5 Qt) 23cm Stock n’ Pasta Pot with built-in strainer holes on the glass lid and easy drip-free pouring spouts on the side of the pot was developed to make straining simplified without the need to always have another strainer and bowl ready for draining in your sink with the fear of getting burnt.

Once done just lock the handles and drain the liquid out of the pot with your food staying put in the pot or is straining broths just pour the broth out into your bowls without having to worry about straining. Its durable cast aluminum material is built to last, suitable for everyday use, and easy to clean.

The thick base is designed to ensure a balanced heat flow throughout the entire pot to allow your stocks, soups, or pasta to cook perfectly every time.  Our premium tested non-stick, stain-resistant, coating lasts significantly longer than your usual non-stick cookware and can be used worry-free on a daily basis on any heat source including induction. Lighter than cast iron, this safe, easy-to-clean cast aluminum pot features easy click-and-lock ergonomic handles, a tempered glass lid with straining holes, and drip-free pouring spouts on both sides. This pasta pot is dishwasher safe, as well as PFOA, lead, cadmium, and heavy metal-free.

• Locking handles with easy strainer: Your life just got a whole lot easier when cooking stocks or pasta. With our pasta pot, simply lock the handles and drain the excess liquid out of the pot while keeping the pasta inside and heated. Easy click and lock handles and a drip-free pouring spout make straining a breeze.
• Capacity: 5-quart capacity. Can hold approximately 20 full cups of liquid.
• 2 sides of easy straining: Our pot has 2 levels of straining marked with red dots on either side. One has smaller holes and the other larger holes for easier straining depending on the density required.
• Lighter than cast iron: Made out of cast aluminum to provide a lighter and better heat flow than traditional cast iron, making this easier to use and an ideal addition to your kitchen.
• Non-stick & stain resistant: Using a premium double layer non-stick coating which is PFOA, lead, cadmium, and heavy metal free and conforms to U.S. FDA standards. Food comes right off the pan so it makes cooking more enjoyable and easy.
• Tempered glass lid: Includes a clear, high quality tempered glass lid so you can watch as your food cooks. Handle on lid has holder groove so you can even store your utensil on the lid. Unfortunately the glass lid is not oven safe.
• Use on any heat source: Thick base for perfect heat distribution throughout the pot surface for a balanced heat flow. Usable on any heat source including induction, gas, solid plate, ceramic, Radiant ring, and halogen.
• Oven and dishwasher safe: Oven safe upto 180c (350f) for upto 30 minutes without glass lid. Once you're done cooking and the pots cool down, you can put it in the dishwasher or place it under hot water for an easy clean. We always recommend hand washing vs dishwasher as it increases the life cycle of any non-stick coating.
