Theanine is a natural amino acid that helps to support and temporarily promote relaxation. It supports the maintenance of healthy sleep and acts as a caffeine antagonist.

- Directions for use:
- CBD + L-Theanine Capsules: For adults (18+) Take one to two capsules maximum per day in single or divided doses.
