About
The Solal 5-HT1 30 capsules contain a unique delta-purified extract from Sceletium, effectively enhancing your mood, improving sleep and reducing anxiety. Sceletium appears to have inhibitory effects on the serotonin transporter (SERT). It is thought that this is relevant to supplementation of Sceletium as serotonin reuptake inhibitors are used in the treatment of anxiety.
