Rooibos has been shown to have naturally high levels of antioxidants, particularly polyphenols, which assist in fighting internal inflammation and many inflammatory conditions such as heart disease and the development of certain cancers. It has also been shown to assist with hayfever, due to the natural presence of quercetin. Aspalathin, another antioxidant found in rooibos, helps to regulate blood sugar levels, making rooibos a wonderful choice for those suffering from insulin resistance or type 2 diabetes.
Honey Bush Collagen Tea Capsules
Honeybush tea is a herbal tea known and loved in South Africa. It is often compared to Rooibos tea, with Honeybush having a deliciously floral, lightly roasted flavour – very similar to honey – and is slightly sweeter tasting than Rooibos. It is known to grow mostly in the mountainous, coastal regions of South Africa, and has been used for centuries for its wonderful medicinal properties, and is quickly growing in popularity in the international markets. Our Sally-Ann Creed® Honeybush Collagen Capsules have been enhanced with the benefits of our famous type 1 and type 3 Pure Hydrolysed Collagen.
Enjoy this delicious, naturally sweet, caffeine-free herbal tea as an Espresso or in a homemade cappuccino or flatwhite style – compatible with most original Nespresso capsule-style machines.
Honeybush is high in antioxidants, particularly flavones, isoflavones, coumestans, luteolin, 4-hydroxycinnamic acid, polyphenols and xanthones. These antioxidants possess natural anti-inflammatory properties and have been shown to assist in lowering blood lipid levels and regulating blood sugar levels, which is great for diabetics. The presence of mangiferin and hesperidin make honeybush tea a great bone support – mangiferin has been shown to inhibit the formation of osteoclasts, which break down bone tissue, while hesperidin promotes the formation and maintenance of osteoblasts, which are new bone cells. Further to this, honeybush tea comprises of isoflavones and coumestans, both of which are classified as phytoestrogens which are widely used to naturally treat menopausal symptoms.
Enjoy this naturally caffeine-free tea as a coffee substitute, and reap all these wonderful benefits and more!

Let's talk about some more English facts. The word 'mix' is commonly used in various proverbs and expressions. To get 'mixed up' means to get confused about something. To be 'in the mix' means to be involved, or a part of something - whether good or bad. Speaking about good or bad, to have 'mixed feelings' means you're not quite sure how you feel about something.
Another word that we absolutely love is 'mixer', especially when it has the word Smeg in front of it, like our deal today! Trust us, this is a mix you definitely want to be in, and you'll have no mixed feelings about it either.
