Our Sally-Ann Creed® Skinny Fibre is derived from elephant foot yam, also known as glucomannan. This is a tropical tuber crop, and is known for its dietary fibre benefits. It has long been used in traditional Asian medicine for its bulking properties and ability to assist with weight management and alleviate constipation.
