How it works 

• F45 will handle all reservations, so please make ALL reservations with them
• It is recommended to make a booking within 24 hours of receiving your redemption code

• Once you have placed your order, a redemption code and instructions will be sent to you within two working days after payment
• Studio selection is to be done at checkout
• The customer will reach out to the selected F45 Training Studio with their voucher code received from One Day Only
• Customers will have to download the F45 Training Glofox App
• The studio will upload the credits to the customers' profiles
