About

At The Harvest Table, we believe that ancient wisdom can be used to guide the lifestyle choices that we make today and that returning to some of the ancient traditions can be exceptionally beneficial.

The Power Protein Shake is based on the powerful combination of grass-fed whey concentrate, collagen and l-glutamine which not only builds muscle but also looks after the gut. Athletes for many years have used whey protein to build muscle. Many whey proteins on the market are over-processed and can be damaging to the digestive system leading to ulcers and discomfort. A good quality grass-fed whey is much gentler on the system.

But why have athletes only focused on muscle building when joint maintenance is equally important? By adding collagen into your routine you can now not only build muscle but look after your joints and ligaments to prevent injury.

Our Power Protein Shake is lightly flavoured with pure chocolate and sweetened with our Lean Suga. It also contains MCT oil powder from coconut source which gives your body energy when you need it most as well as Magnesium to support muscle function.

Now's the time to get on board!

The year was 1997. Some of you may not have even been born yet, while some of us were doing everything in our power to keep our Tamagotchis alive, hoping they wouldn't soil themselves to death between classes. The Spice Girls were on the news more often than Eskom, and life was pretty good.

Then there was James Cameron's masterpiece, Titanic - Leo became the heartthrob of millions, and Celine Dion CDs cleared the shelves (kids, you can ask the folks what a CD is.)

But something else happened: suddenly everyone wanted to board a cruise ship - whether to reenact the famous 'Jack, I'm flying!' scene, or get drawn like one of his French girls.

A LOT has changed in 25 years, but the fact remains: Leo is still a heartthrob and people still want to go on cruises. Now's your chance, with our main deal of a 4-night cruise for 2 on the luxurious Sinfonia! There may not have been room for Jack on that dang floating door, but there would definitely be room in one of these suites!
