- Directions:
- 4 drops onto the sublingual glands under the tongue 3 x per day (morning, midday, evening).
- Add 2-5 drops immediately before sun exposure for best results.
- Try not to swallow for as long as possible and try not to rinse your mouth for at least 30 minutes for maximum absorption.
