This delicate Rose is full of strawberries and Summer fruits, thanks to the portion of Grenache. It is concentrated on the palate and has a clean, dry finish. The perfect wine for a Summer’s day.

In the vineyard

Three varieties were vinified separately for this pink blend: Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Noir and Viognier. The goal was to get as much aromatics in the wine, while keeping it light and crisp. This was achieved with cooler fermentation and gentle handling of the grape skins with the Grenache.

Viticulture

The grapes all come from different aspects on the farm, which adds some complexity. The soil is weathered sandstone which accounts for the wines’ minerality. All practices are organic. Yields are between 3-4 tonne per hectare.
