Terms & Conditions: OneDayOnly, Sealand and Pondo Beach Camps social giveaway

The Promoters of this competition are OneDayOnly.co.za, Sealand and Pondo Beach Camps

1. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
2. All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.
3. Competition Period: The competition commences on 18 March 2021 and will terminate at midnight on the 029 March 2021. No late entries will be accepted.
4. Prize:
• 4-night stay for 10 at Pondo Beach Camps including a Pondo lunch experience worth R19 600
• 1. The booking is subject to availability
• 2. Valid until 29 March 2022
• 3. Not transferable for cash
• 10 x R750 OneDayOnly vouchers valid until 31 December 2021
• 10 x R750 Sealand vouchers valid until 31 December 2021
• Prize excludes: Airfare, transportation or petrol costs
• Prize excludes: All food and beverages
• The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced, refunded or be exchanged for cash.
• Winners use and accept prizes at their own risk. The prize sponsors (and/or their respective agencies) cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilising prizes won.
5. Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must follow OneDayOnly, Sealand and Pondo Beach Camps on Instagram, and tag a friend in the competition post. Instagram handles: @onedayonlycoza | @sealandgear | @pondobeachcamps
6. OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to amend competition terms and conditions at any time.
7. Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly selected by 30 March 2021 and contacted by OneDayOnly.co.za via Instagram DM. Note: the winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted after 3 attempts or if sufficient identity verification is not provided, OneDayOnly.co.za reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
8. Winner announcement:
• Winners will be announced on selected OneDayOnly.co.za, Pondo Beach Camps and Sealand social media platforms and contacted via Instagram
• Winners will be required to provide their email address to OneDayOnly via Instagram DM.
• Redemption of the prize will be the responsibility of the Winner and is subject to supplier availability at the time of booking
• It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that any information provided to us is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Winner must still follow OneDayOnly (@onedayonlycoza), Sealand (@sealandgear) and Pondo Beach Camps (@pondobeachcamps) on Instagram as of 29 March 2021 to be eligible to win
9. Individuals eligible to enter competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age and in possession of a valid passport, but excludes directors, employees or agents of OneDayOnly.co.za, Sealand and Pondo Beach Camps and their immediate families.
10. Publishing winner's name: Winners agree that OneDayOnly.co.za may publish their name and photographic images on OneDayOnly.co.za, Pondo Beach Camps and Sealand’s marketing platforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. Winners will be required to participate in marketing for OneDayOnly, Pondo Beach Camps and Sealand and their suppliers by means of holiday photos and social media tags.
11. Competition disclaimer: OneDayOnly.co.za, Pondo Beach Camps and Sealand, their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
12. Cancellation: OneDayOnly.co.za, Pondo Beach Camps and Sealand reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly.co.za, Pondo Beach Camps and Sealand, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters. Re-booking and cancellations fees apply.
13. System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly.co.za, Pondo Beach Camps and Sealand are responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly.co.za, Pondo Beach Camps and Sealand which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
14. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the participant or entrant.
