Multiple items per order may exceed the Pargo shipping dimensions. In this instance, the Pargo free delivery offer will fall away and delivery costs will occur. Customers can however place multiple orders should they wish to take up the Pargo free delivery offer.
Customers who take up the Pargo free delivery offer will receive an SMS and email from Pargo when the parcel is ready for collection at the selected pickup point. Customers must be sure to bring their ID and Pargo collection code, as per Pargo communication, when collecting.
Parcels are stored in a safe and secure area at each Pargo pickup point. The customer has 8 days to collect the parcel from the day the SMS is sent. Should the customer fail to collect the parcel within the 8-day period, the parcel will be returned to OneDayOnly.
