The promoters of this competition are OneDayOnly.co.za (OneDayOnly / ODO) and MWEB

All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.
Competition Period: The competition commences on of the 22nd of January 2019 and will terminate at midnight
on the 15th of February 2019. No late entries will be accepted.
Prize: 1-year free internet and an Asus Vivobook Max laptop!
Installation: Should winner have fibre, prize includes the installation cost. If they do not have an existing FTTH Line, the network provider will install the line (Free installation – cost covered by MWEB). If they have an existing FTTH Line, but have signed up with another ISP they will need to cancel with such ISP before Mweb can provide them with our FTTH Services. They can transfer their existing FTTH Line to MWEB, under which circumstances they indemnify MWEB against any damages or penalties which may arise from the termination of their agreement with any other ISP or FTTH provider for the FTTH Service or the installation of the FTTH Line. Fibre deal they can select will be capped at R1000 pm. Before any installation can occur Mweb will need to verify that the winner has FTTH coverage at their premises. Should they not have FTTH coverage Mweb cannot provide them with an FTTH Line or any FTTH Service. They can then opt for LTE or ADSL. If it is LTE they will get the LTE deal with free router, 200GB LTE + Free ZTE router (Highest LTE deal). If its ADSL then it will include installation + a router, the line speed will be dependent on the network availability, Mweb will give the winner the option of the service they would like to take (Up to R1000 pm).
Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must subscribe to receive the OneDayOnly and MWEB’s
daily newsletter. All participants must remain subscribed to OneDayOnly at the time of the prize draw in order to
be eligible to win. Entrants must agree to receive communication from MWEB.
The following information must be submitted in order to enter: Your full name and surname, email address and
telephone contact number during business hours. All entries must be made through the OneDayOnly subscribe flow
link, enter all relevant details and click ‘enter now’.
All entries, duly completed, must be received by MWEB and OneDayOnly before the competition closing date and time,
if not, such entry will not be eligible, regardless of the reason for the late receipt of the entry, including due
to lost, late or misdirected mail; printing errors; server unavailability; or computer or any other electronic or
telecommunications malfunction. All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, or illegible will be void.
Submissions: Entry is limited to one entry per participant.
Prize Draw: The winners will be randomly selected on the 19th of February 2019. The draw will be overseen by
an independent accountant, registered auditor and attorney/advocate.
The prize will be delivered to the winners selected address.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash

Should the winner not respond confirming their address after 3 days, or should a winner not claim and collect the
prize within 30 days of the date of notification, or if a prize is not handed over due to insufficient identity
verification, the winner may forfeit the prize and MWEB reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible
winner under the same conditions.
The winners will be announced on selected OneDayOnly and MWEB’s social media platforms and contacted via email.
Individuals eligible to enter competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of
age. Directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies) of OneDayOnly and MWEB, and their immediate
families, a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition are excluded from entry or if you
have won an MWEB competition within the last 30 calendar days, you may not participate in this competition.
Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that OneDayOnly and MWEB may publish their name and photographic
images on OneDayOnly and MWEB marketing platforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. We
may request the winners to participate in marketing activities for publicity purposes, but the winners may decline
such invitation.
Competition disclaimer: OneDayOnly and MWEB, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume
no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of
privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control or us receiving less than 1 (one)
entry, we reserve the right to cancel this competition, or to change the rules at our discretion or to change the
prize(s) at any time without notice to you.
Proof of identity will be required to collect a prize and we reserve the right to refuse payment or handing over of
a prize to any potential winner who refuses to or cannot provide sufficient documentation to verify their identity.
The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Cancellation: OneDayOnly and MWEB reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any
competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all
participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge
that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly and MWEB, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or
promoters.
System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly and MWEB is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or
computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly and MWEB which may
cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
