The promoters of this competition are OneDayOnly.co.za (OneDayOnly / ODO) and Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG).

1. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
2. All participants agree to be bound by the competition rules.
3. Competition Period: The competition commences on 10 Feb 2020 and will terminate at midnight on 15 March 2020. No late entries will be accepted.
4. Prize: Total prize value of R63 620k

• The prize winners must have a credit/debit card available for all additional extras that they may wish to add to their trip, these include but are not limited to;

• The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced, refunded or be exchanged for cash.
• This prize is non-redeemable for cash, other goods or services that are not provided by the Flight Centre Travel Group.

• The Organizer and its agencies cannot be held liable for any changes to flight schedules, routes and destinations or loss of baggage by any suppliers.
• Cancellations and change costs to the booking will be for the Winner’s own expense.
• Travel Insurance is recommended at an additional charge, certain visas won’t be issued without travel insurance.
• 10. The Organizer and agencies cannot be held liable if the Winners do not obtain the correct visa for international travel when required. Each Winner is responsible for finding out if visas are required when travelling internationally, depending on the nationality of the passport on which the Winner travels.
• Voucher is valid for 6 months
• All travel must take place within 11 months being issued. Travel dates should be completed before 03 December 2020

• Winners use and accept prizes at their own risk. FCTG and the prize sponsors (and/or their respective agencies) cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilising prizes won.
• All normal terms and conditions of booking and carriage will apply
• Tickets are subject to availability and no special preference will be given when booking flights
• Any additional charges over and above the value of the Winner’s voucher, or arising from additional passengers will be for the Winner’s own account, payment for the balance will be either by EFT or ECA link (Secure Electronic Credit acceptance) before the booking will be completed.
• Availability can change at any time and is never guaranteed.
• Airport taxes fluctuate daily and cannot be guaranteed.
• In case of increase this will be added on to the package price.
5. Entry Mechanism: To stand a chance to win, entrants must be subscribed to receive the OneDayOnly daily newsletter as well as the FCTG newsletter. All participants must remain subscribed to OneDayOnly and FCTG at the time of the prize draw in order to be eligible to win.
6. Submissions: Entry is limited to one entry per participant.
7. Prize Draw: The winner will be randomly selected on 19th March 2020 and contacted by OneDayOnly.co.za via the email address provided. The winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, OneDayOnly and FCTG reserve the right to draw a replacement winner.
8. Winner announcement: The winner will be announced on selected OneDayOnly and FCTG social media platforms and contacted via email.
9. Individuals eligible to enter competition: The competition is open to SA residents who are over 18 years of age and in possession of a valid passport, but excludes directors, employees or agents of OneDayOnly.co.za and Flight Centre Travel Group and their immediate families.
10. Publishing winner’s name: Winners agree that OneDayOnly.co.za may publish their name and photographic images on OneDayOnly.co.za and FCTG marketing platforms including the website, newsletter and social media accounts. Winners will be required to participate in marketing for FCTG and their suppliers by means of holiday photos and social media tag
11. Competition disclaimer: OneDayOnly and FCTG, and their associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this competition and/or promotional offer.
12. Cancellation: OneDayOnly.co.za and FCTG reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In such event, where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against OneDayOnly.co.za and FCTG, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters. Re-booking and cancellations fees apply.
13. System Failure: No member of OneDayOnly.co.za and FCTG are responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of OneDayOnly.co.za and FCTG which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
14. Vouchers: New subscribers who subscribe to OneDayOnly through this competition mechanic, will be awarded a R50 OneDayOnly voucher. This voucher code will be sent to new subscribers in the form of a unique voucher code via the email address provided on subscription. This voucher is valid for one month from the date of receipt and is a single-purpose voucher which can only be redeemed on OneDayOnly.co.za and may not be exchanged for cash.
15. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the participant or entrant.
