About
The wine has a deep red colour with a bouquet of black currant, spice and plum. There are prune and apricot flavours on the finish. A blend of 54 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Shiraz, 20% Merlot and 3% Pinotage. A wonderful, red blend which has enough finesse and vibrancy to pair with even lighter lunchtime meals.
Wood Maturation:
18 months barrel matured in a combination of American and French oak.
