About

Thirty books to help your child grow as a reader. This boxed set contains a broad range of fables, all with lively, readable text and fully illustrated, encouraging children to find the themes they enjoy most, and also to try something different from time to time.

The first thirteen books are taken from Usborne First Reading One. These delightful and very short stories are for children to try reading on their own.

The next nine books are taken from Usborne First Reading Series Two. These slightly longer stories will stretch the reader a little more, with more advanced vocabulary, sentences and storylines. The next eight books are taken from Usborne First Reading Series Three. These stories are designed to boost developing readers’ confidence.

To encourage your child's reading, try the following: talk to your child about what to read next, and choose books together. Make time for your child to read, somewhere quiet and without distractions - it doesn't have to be at bedtime. Ask what your child thinks of the book they've just read. What did they like (or not like) about it? Would they like to read something similar, or try something new?

“I love the OneDayOnly deals as sometimes they have stuff that you would have to walk around a shopping mall to find, saves time and is cheaper, haven't had a problem with the stuff purchased. Great deals, great savings, convenient” Ayeshia, Johannesburg
