All new for 2019 the Sidi Dragon 5 SRS are an upgraded version of the Dragon 4 MTB shoe
Ultra tough build quality suitable for the rigours of MTB and Cross racing the Dragon 5 feature stiffened supportive heel cup and reinforced toe guard and are stud compatible.
The Dragon 5 also features a fully re-buildable sole tread and replaceable fastening meaning no matter the abuse you give them they can always come back for more.

MICROFIBRA TECHPRO -
MICROFIBRA TECHPRO is a microfiber PU Made in Italy. It is considered a highly technological and innovative, eco-friendly leather suitable for technical and sports products which require high-performance levels. TECHPRO MICROFIBER incorporates features of resistance, stability, lightness, water-repellency and eco-friendliness. - SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM - The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is a wide, anatomically curved strap combined with a soft, thermo-formed EVA pad that distributes pressure evenly over the instep area. The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is adjustable from both sides, to perfectly centre the EVA pad over a high or low instep. The system eliminates the need for the High Instep Extender. The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is replaceable.
- TECHNO-3 PUSH - SIDI’s TECHNO-3 PUSH dials in fit along the entire length of the shoe, adapting the upper to the shape of the foot for a customized fit. SIDI’s famously reliable and replaceable closures are improved by an all-new proprietary SIDI Wire material that is completely non-binding for intuitive and effortless on-the-fly adjustments. Like most SIDI small parts, the TECHNO-3 PUSH buckle is serviceable and replaceable. It can be adjusted while riding, thanks to an innovative button which can be pushed to lift the buckle and facilitate the adjustment.
- HIGH-SECURITY VELCRO - HIGH-SECURITY VELCRO straps with integrated locking polymer teeth, that engage onto each other when the strap is closed. This feature makes the closure more secure and the strap becomes unmoveable.
- The reinforced heel keeps the foot in an optimal position and avoids the shoe being deformed by extreme performance or prolonged pressure.
- MTB SRS CARBON COMPOSITE SOLE
- In 1999, SIDI revolutionized mountain bike shoe design with the SOLE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM (SRS), owing mountain bikers to replace the most wear-heavy part of the shoe—the sole. The MTB SRS CARBON COMPOSITE Sole consists of four inserts screwed, easily removable and replaceable. In addition, an optional toe guard can be installed using the same screws as the insert. The SRS tread panels and screws are available as spare parts. It is toe spike compatible.

Ours is about 3 feet by 3 feet, and on our left is the account's block. The marketing block is down the hall.
We're joking. Obviously.
Ours is at least 5 by 5, and on Wednesdays we're allowed to write in coffee shops to maintain the illusion that we're "successful" and "writerly".
Coming up with a write up for the simple sake of a write up does, however, become difficult when we're staring complete lack of creativity right in the face. But apparently asking management to cancel all the deals for the day isn't a viable fix.
As they so delicately put it, it'd be like a comedian having the option to suddenly cancel a show if they're not feeling up to it. Not on our watch, they said. You'll do a write up whether you like it or not, they said. And be funny, they said.
So here we are, doing a write up and being funny.
