We're of the belief that running is something reserved for only the most specific of occasions, like when you catch your foot under the edge of a rug and your only alternative is an embarrassing and potentially painful topple.
Still, the growing number of joggers we see on the road (from the comfort of our air conditioned car) proves that there's more to running than, well, putting one foot in front of the other.
And we aren't even factoring in the amount of people who drive to the gym only to do the exact same thing on a treadmill.
