The original American sportswear brand Russell Athletic was born in Alabama in 1902, where a growing interest in collegiate sports and associated clothing combined with unlimited amounts of home grown southern home-grown cotton.  Russell Athletic's Vintage Premium Range has grown out of these original styles, with the label, cut and detailing of each garment, as well as the look and feel, all rooted in their early years.
