How do you put on a jersey?

Simple question; heated topic of debate in the office.

One camp vows by head first, followed by arms and then finally torso.

Group Two stick to the arms-first method: get your hands through the sleeves before pulling the jersey over your head and body.

Then there's one guy who holds his jersey parallel to the ground before sort of jumping and diving straight into it. No one knows if he actually works here though.
