Care & Use – Knives

Hand wash only – do not clean in a dishwasher. Maintain sharpness by regularly using a sharpening steel, honing steel or knife sharpener (excluding serrated edged knives). Cut on a non-abrasive surface such as wood, bamboo or plastic. Avoid cutting frozen food. Store your knives in a knife block or on a knife magnet. Never store loose knives without edge protection in a drawer. This will dull the knives rapidly. Japanese inspired Danish design.

Care & Use - Boards

Before use: Wash by hand and dry thoroughly after. Handwash only no dishwashing Maintain regularly by applying paraffin oil (or similar) on both sides. Wipe off excess oil and let the board dry for 24 hours before next use.

Home improvement

Contrary to popular belief, this is not just fixing windows and painting walls. That's house improvement.

Or work, if you happen to be a handyman.

Home improvement is much more considered, but much easier to achieve - provided you do the improving through us.

Today's deals offer you the chance to radically upgrade your living space without lifting a finger to do any actual housework. Of course you can do said housework if you want to, but that'll just be the cherry of top of the ice-cream and not the ice-cream itself.
