Care & Use – Knives

Hand wash only – do not clean in a dishwasher. Maintain sharpness by regularly using sharpening steel, honing steel or knife sharpener (excluding serrated edged knives). Cut on a non-abrasive surface such as wood, bamboo or plastic. Avoid cutting frozen food. Store your knives in a knife block or on a knife magnet. Never store loose knives without edge protection in a drawer. This will dull the knives rapidly. Japanese inspired Danish design.

Aren't ALL our picks staff picks?

Technically, yes. We have an entire team of good-looking and highly-skilled individuals on the payroll to do exactly that.

But these deals are different. These are the favourites. Of all the deals we've run since the beginning of time (or midway through 2010, if our origin story interests you), these are the ones we like just that liiittle bit more.

And, through the time-honoured tradition of paying money in exchange for goods and services, they can be your favourites too!
