About

Here we find ourselves with another complete 2015 banger - this is targeted at the collector and is something to really hold back on for another couple years. I wouldn't usually go all out on a pinotage but for those who are fans of the grape, this is a real gem. It has a fantastic, elegant tannin structure and will hold for a good few years. Only sold at the farm on a limited release selection, we managed to persuade the fine folks of La Couronne to allocate a handful of cases to our faithful customers, yes, those of you up in Jozzie who don't get the chance to whisk off to wine farms every other weekend. A 2018 4.5-star platter, NWC - Top 100 SA Wine, wax top, from the best vintage South Africa has seen in a decade. We don't have much of this stock, so try not hesitate on this decision for too long.

Wine Description

A complex wine with red fruit flavours. Elegant tannin structures with a good length and dry finish. Can easily mature until 2025.

Food Pairing

Best paired with a spicy, crispy, chicken bao dish.

Dreams are weird

They're like your brain's way of saying: you know what the world really needs? Nonsensical story lines that nobody questions and flying cars.

And even though we know they're absolutely bonkers and possess zero relevance whatsoever, we waste no time telling people all about them.

Nobody wants to hear it. You end up sounding like a toddler trying to explain the latest episode of Game of Thrones.

The only dream worth talking about is Martin Luther's. Fact.

Anyhoo, we had a dream we sold out by noon today and spent the rest of our time hanging out with the Red Hot Chili Peppers at Home Affairs. Crazy, huh?
