Yoga blocks are a staple in practicing yoga, and for good reason. The best use of a yoga block is when you are first starting out. You will need a block in order to create the proper body positions during poses that are either challenging your balance or your muscle length.

It can be harvested without harming the tree, and grows back periodically every few years. Only about 50% of the bark is removed at the time of harvesting. It is also biodegradable, and will break down into the environment at the end of its life cycle.
Cork repels dust and hair, is durable, and it’s easy to clean and maintain.
