The pen type food thermometer is the ideal tool for normal contact temperature testing, solid foods, liquids and sugar temperature testing.   
The meter is easy to operate and delivers instant read results in under 10 seconds.
It is accurate, lightweight, wireless and durable.
The probe is sharp for easy insertion into meat, dairy, vegetable and other solid foodstuffs.
It measures temperatures ranging from -50 to 3000 ⁰C  / -58 to 572 ⁰F

It features a 10-minute auto shutdown function for added safety precaution.
It has a ‘Data Hold’ feature to record and save minimum and maximum readings as well as a dual temperature unit selection (Celcius/Fahrenheit).

It is ideal for testing the temperature of braai meat, chicken, pork roasts, vegetables or any other food item.  It operates on a 1.5V battery (not included).

Product Features

• Remove probe cover and insert battery
• Press the ON button
• Select desired temperature unit (F/C)
• Press the HOLD button to record the temperature
• Press Data Hold to save or again to start a new measurement.
• Press OFF button to turn the device off.
• NB – the thermometer can only be cleaned with a wet cloth. Do not immerse in water or put in the dishwasher.
