Directions
1. Apply approximately 2-3 drops to cleansed and toned skin (under the nose or around the temple), gently massage into skin.
2. It can be used anywhere on the body that is in need of soothing or relieving pain.
3. Add 3-5 drops into a warm bath when bathing to soothe your stress and anxiety.

- Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs. Do not ingest.
