The World Cup Diaries: day 10.

29 matches in and we're struggling.

All the games have merged into one so when we close our eyes, all we see is a continuous loop of goals, dives, yellow cards and near misses.

At least our viewing devices are holding up. So far we've watched games on our phones, tablets and laptops and not once have we had to compete with a low battery.

That, in no small part, is thanks to this here power bank. It's proving equal to the toughest task: a straight month of twenty four hour use.

At this point we're not sure if we'll make it to the final but we bet Gary the security guard R50 that we'd watch every minute of every game and come what may we're going to give it our best shot.
