About
A member of a family of vitamin B-like substances collectively known as inositol. However, unlike conventional inositol, d-Chiro-Inositol improves the body’s cellular response to insulin, making it useful for insulin-resistant conditions such as metabolic syndrome, promoting weight loss and boosting energy levels. It is also beneficial for PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) in women.
