Product features

• The grapes were handpicked and transported to the cellar for processing. 
• Bunch were pressed whole into stainless steel tanks for 24-hour juice-settling. 
• The juice was racked to stainless steel tanks for cold alcoholic fermentation using wild/natural yeasts. 
• Extended lees contact for 3 months with regular stirring of the lees after fermentation ensures that the wine has a lush palate texture.
• Fruit notes of quince, peach and pineapple lead to elegant orange blossom, mineral and straw nuances on the nose. 
• A mineral acidity flows into layers of citrus and stone fruit on the palate and finishes with good length and lingering aromatics on the aftertaste.
