Founded in 1963, Nuy Winery was built on only one cornerstone: Quality
Nuy Winery is situated in the Nuy Valley at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains in the Western Cape. The average rainfall is low, but the Keerom Dam ensures a year-round water supply. During winter and spring, temperatures remain quite low, thanks to the periodic snow on the mountains. This promotes slower growth of the grapes and results in healthy, flavourful fruit.
A dry red wine perfectly blended from Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon wines. Lightly oaked in French and American barrels with fruity touches on the palate.
This perfect blend of reds has a soft and pleasant finish. Enjoy within 4 – 6 years from bottling.
Best enjoyed with stews or pot roast dishes and your favourite cut of steak on the braai.
