Rhone varietals are perfectly suited to the warm Paarl climate. The goal with this export brand is producing clean,fruity wines with finesse and minerality.

Vinification/Maturation
Full ripe grapes were hand-picked in the early morning.Crushed,destemmed and transferred to open fermenters(oopkuipe) After 2 days cold soaking,the must was allowed to ferment naturally.Post fermentation the 3 components were blended and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
