There are many options but this option contains 36 meals + 18 smoothies to kick start your journey.
You get lunch and dinner for 6 days per week.
You can have the carb meals or non-carb meals for lunch but only the non carb meals for dinner.
You will need to make your own breakfast – you can make Jungle Oats (no sugar or milk added) or eggs with veggies.
We added a muesli and toasted wheat flakes as an extra. You can alternate your breakfast with these.
