If you have a question that isn't covered here, or is specific to an order you have made, then we have a couple of different ways for you to get hold of us. Here they are (in order of least hassle to us):

Twitter - If you have any questions or want to make a comment about the product on offer, fire a tweet into the interspace and we'll try to be the first to react, with the emphasis on try. It can be quicker than email and it's more transparent since you can see what other people have asked and what our responses were. Tweet away, especially if you have a question about the product itself - you'll be surprised what enormous geeks there are in the twittersphere. Make sure you add @OneDayOnlycoza in your tweet so that we know about it.

Fire through a form - Occasionally we do let the crew take breaks and we sometimes even let them go home at night - if we're feeling really generous... In that case you might find that your Twitter questions go unnoticed. Don't panic! You can still send us a message by filling out the form on the right. We'll do our utmost to get back to you within a couple of hours.

Email us - Performs the same function as the above form, but some things justify an actual email. In that case, you can email us at

Phone us - As crazy as it may seem we don't offer a phone number for our customer services team. Our strengths are online and this is where we will continue to focus our customer service options. We find that a large proportion of our phone calls deal with issues or questions that are shared by other customers. Therefore, following us on Twitter and Facebook will be the best way to stay up to date with our crazy offers and grand claims. Like we're the cheapest in SA on anything we offer. Tss who would believe that?!? Oh wait - we are!
If there is something that is worth broadcasting to all customers, such as a network fault, credit card problems, delivery address system, or our IT boys have messed up our website's colocation IP-address re-routing again, we can let all customers know by posting it on the front page. You won't miss it. This also means that our customer care team can be freed up from these types of general questions and focus on your specific query. After all it's all about you, you and only you at the end of the day!!
